ADB TA -4890 is annually reviewed by DEA and ADB. Third Review meeting was held in New Delhi on 23.03.2009 at Taj Mansingh Road. Uttarakhand was represented in the meeting by Mr. P S Jangpangi, Additional Secretary Planning & CEO Uttarakhand PPP Cell, Mr. Sumit Barua (PPP Expert) and Mr. Krishan Singh Rautela (MIS Expert).
