The proposed project shall have following underlying planning objectives/ principles need to be achieved:

i. Lush green open areas providing breathing lung space to the congested
surrounding area.  
ii. Ample parking for the proposed commercial and surrounding areas to relieve from
iii. Maintaining the character and Land use of the area.

The applicant who download the RFQ document from the MDDA website  (www.mddaonline.com) must submit along with the document RFQ application fee (non-refundable) for an amount of Rs11,000/- (rupees Eleven Thousand only) in favour of Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority payable on any scheduled bank at Dehradun (Rs 9777/- is for RFQ and Rs 1223/- as statutory VAT).The application not accompanied by the RFQ Document fee as specified above shall be considered as non-responsive and rejected outright.
