DETAILED EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF
ATTENDENCE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR SCHOOLS ACROSS UTTARAKHAND
THROUGH PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP ( PPP) MODE

 

With a view to ensure teachers presence in Schools Department of School Education, Government of Uttarakhand, proposes to Implement Attendance Monitoring System for Primary Schools across
Uttarakhand through Public-Private-Partnership (the Project).

 

Broad Scope of Work :

The successful bidder shall perform following activities for all rimary school covered under this Project :

  • Create and maintain master data on schools and School Committee Members
  • Develop a strong computer security protocol system
  • Generate exception reports on timely basis
  • Operate and maintain attendance hotline numbers
  • Maintain teachers attendance records and generate reports on a monthly basis
  • Adherence to the agreed service levels
  • Compliance with all regulatory/legal requirements.
